Maintaining trust through the ups and downs…not always easy...
This workshop offers different possibilities to experience trust and
practical exercises that will allow you to
recover, through your body, the solid base needed in order to build your
life on solid ground.
You will learn to recognise this experience as a physical state of
being, how you lose this trust and how you
can regain.
Using exercises that you will then be able to train with alone in order
to reinforce these qualities of trust,
stability and basic strength, this workshop aims to give you the means
to sense when you can trust and not,
and through this to therefore build on your own self-confidence.
