We all experience pain at some point in our lives. Whether it appears in brief moments or for longer periods, is ours or that of others, we usually find it difficult to handle.
If you have a symptom, such as recurring headaches, migraines, back ache, or chronic pain resulting from an accident or operation then this workshop is relevant for you.
Through a serie of demonstrations and exercises learn:
- to recognise your automatic reaction to pain, how this may prolong your symptom, and how to stop these efforts
- to focus your energy and attention in a way that allows the body to better manage the experience of pain
- to use the body's naturally healing capacity to dramatically reduce or get rid of the pain altogether.

This is a link to a training to transform pain done by the Grinberg Method. You will learn to use your attention to deal with chronic pain.
