Being a practitioner
A Grinberg Method practitioner works with clients in individual processes. A personal process is made up of a series of one-to-one sessions that teach a specific type of bodywork that aims to support an individual in their personal fight.
The relationship between a client and a practitioner is based on collaboration and trust. Through foot analysis, the practitioner detects what would be the best adapted strategy for the client to reach his personal objectives through studying the connection between physical symptoms and habits or behaviour patterns.
Through various types of touch techniques, using movement and description, a practitioner will teach a client to stop the habits that bother him, as well as recover and develop the qualities necessary for him to fulfil his individual potential.
A personal process aims towards real physical results.
Thanks to the richness of the tools learned and integrated during the professional studies and the practical training, a practitioner has the capacity to support a person in order that they regain balance.
The results achieved are as diverse as the troubles or pains a person may need to personally confront.
These may manifest themselves in the improvement or stopping of symptoms (tension, backache, constipation, menstrual pain, migraine, hyperactivity, anxiety, insomnia, etc.) and also in the recovery of a part of the body that was injured or unhealthy.
Beyond specific individual achievements, clients can benefit from gaining the needed qualities for self-fulfilment: concentration, awareness, trust, tranquillity, courage, stability, openness, flexibility, motivation, vitality, and a greater enjoyment of life.
A certified practitioner takes care to constantly improve his work by regularly attending specialisation courses, as well as being in a personal process himself.
