Stop getting so worked up!

During this workshop, through physical exercises and moments of reflexion on the subject, you will learn tools which will allow you to manage your anger and to use it as the driving force that it is, rather than let it hold you back in daily situations of your life.

Anger is culturally not seen as a favorable thing as we do not know what to do with it.

The physical efforts that we make to either hold back this force, or constantly be busy with it, are often the source of all kinds of physical symptoms.

Our common reflex, when faced with anger, is to want to get rid of it, even if this energy exists in us so that we can put down limits, gives us the drive to do what we want, stop what we don’t, and is essential when taking decisions.
