Group activities
Individuals can participate in different types of personal development
workshops and groups.
These workshops include moments of discussion, physical exercises based
on the development of one's perceptions, attention to the body and
moments of
individual reflection. The size of the group varies between 8-16 people.
These groups and workshops are held in the evening, during the day or
over a weekend and enable a person to follow and explore personally the
various
subjects presented.
